MCEP/CINDAQ - March , 2010 Exploration Update

On March 23,24,25, 2010, exploration continued in the Ox Bel Ha cave system revisiting some places of interest from past projects. Dives were made enterring Cenote Del Mar located very near the ocean and from the more remote Coca Ha cenote several kilometers inland. Read more

Maya Poem

This is a short poem about the cenotes read by Don Fermin Dzip in his native Maya language. Don Fermin is proud to be Maya and he and his village of Xocen, Yucatan try very hard to preserve and carry on the traditions of their culture.
